That's terrific.  Thanks for your response.  This is the first car hire company where it has been easy to get my questions answered.  So often you think you've got a good deal, only to find there are hidden extras such as daily charge for 2nd driver and one way fee.  I've been burned too many times, so I always check first - many car hire sites it is difficult to find this information, or you can't tell if the car has aircon, etc.  Hopefully we will have a good experience and then we will always book through you.

Once again, thanks for your quick response. I really appreciate the service. If the actual hire process goes as well as your pre-sales service, we will certainly be using you in the future. Unfortunately, with our UK/ Ireland trip this year, we've already booked our flight into Dublin and out of Belfast, so for that leg we'll have to make other arrangements, but hey, 2 out of 3 ain't bad!

First of all thank you for providing an excellent service and well done to your team for there efforts, a very professional business. completely understand why you would be a little dubious about sending this letter out but your representative did explain(in the little time we had - I was in the middle of a very busy lunch service!) about the amount I would have to pay because of the company owning my car.
